Does the IOR service fee include duties?
The IOR service fee covers VAVLON's importer-of-record and handling. Duties, VAT, international freight, import/export customs fees, forwarding fees, and inland trucking are billed separately at cost.
Who handles marketing for SOR?
SOR enables platform listings under our local entity. Marketing content and ad campaigns must be run by the client; we can support simple promotion setup (e.g., applying discount coupons).
What currency are fees billed and paid in?
All VAVLON fees are billed in USD. For SOR e-commerce, your net sales proceeds are settled in USD to your designated account — no local bank or entity required. Only pass-through costs incurred locally (duties, VAT) are computed at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas reference rate.
